Mouse issues while using Samsung DeX

Description: While using a mouse, scrolling is slow, cursor dissappears when hovering over video. Primarily an issue in fullscreen, but present in non fullscreen.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior: (while using mouse in Samsung DeX)

  1. Hover cursor over video in non fullscreen in Samsung DeX mode.
  2. Scroll any menu using the mousewheel.
  3. Mouse cursor is completely invisible in fullscreen.

Expected behavior Mousewheel and cursor working as expected in non fullscreen and in fullscreen in Samsung DeX.
