This separates the profiling from the main Notebook. This also adds OpenTURNS in the benchmark, with interesting results. The binning system in OpenTURNS takes place as long as the sample size is greater than 1024 by default (see KernelSmoothing-BinNumber in ResourceMap). This explains the timings.
