Add support for brightness-night and brightness-day

Please could the plugin add support for daytime and night-time brightnesses?

  -b DAY:NIGHT  Screen brightness to apply (between 0.1 and 1.0)

Or in redshift.conf terms:

[redshift]
brightness-day=0.8
brightness-night=0.4
