Undefined variable $template_name

I love this plugin. However, it seems that the Yoast plugin has an issue with an undefined variable $template_name in class-page-template-dashboard.php @ line 160.

I've just tripped over this too:

Notice: Undefined variable: template_name in /var/www/example.com/wp-content/plugins/page-template-dashboard/class-page-template-dashboard.php on line 160

Got it - I know this plugin has been slow in development, but it's not abandoned.

I'm planning to work through the issue backlog, refactor some of the code (it's an older plugin, as it stands), and end up releasing it (likely under a different name with props to all of you) more publicly.

Thanks for the continued issues -- they aren't being ignored.
