Allow users to add Custom new shells

The default shell will be picked based on COMSPEC, SHELL variables, ofc this will do for most systems but a custom shell feature is also mandatory, there can be users who use multiple shells, or different versions of the same shell in their system. From the user's pov, this definitely is a need.
