Add make clean option and a shortcut to execute makefile

I really want to thank the awesome updates that have made this utility very usefull.

I would like If possible you could incorporate:

• a command for make clean in run options panel
• a shortcut to search for makefile in tree-view and execute it something like F5 or F9.

Also If you could also add the option to save compiling errors to a text file, It would just make atom a c++ IDE. :joy:
