How do you run/test the onepager?

How does one test the onepager example? Can you use curl and if so, what is the format of the URL? What about a web browser on another host? Please consider adding this to the Wiki to help us get started. I've tried all manner of combinations of URLs that I can think of but none of them work. Some, it appears do connect but result in a 400 result. Thanks.
