MFi controller does not work

A SteelSeries Nimbus MFi controller does not work with tvOS or iOS (it works with Doom 3 on iOS). The game is unplayable on tvOS as the bottom right button cannot be reached.

The issue appears to have been introduced with 11d210f.

Have the same issue with my Razer Kishi and Quake 2/RTCW games - it just not working at all.
