Stuck on console
I copied id1, rogue, and hipnotic from my Quake folder bought in Steam. There was no music folder. However, when I open the app, it is stuck on the console with various issues listed. Any ideas?
I have installed Quake 2, Quake 3, Doom 3, RTCW without issues. The only issues I have experienced is my MFi controller (Backbone) doesn't work with it. Do I need to map it manually? And how do I remove the touchscreen controls overlay? Must I reinstall from xcode every time I make changes or modifications like these? Thank you.
I'll take a look - but are you using the files from the original Quake or the "remastered" version? I don't know that the remastered files work with this.
Oh I was using the rerelease/remastered version. I just replaced the folders and redeployed, no longer seeing that error. However, I am now stuck on a black screen after I tap start game. Also happens when I try selecting a specific episode, or even the demo. Tried force quitting app and starting again. Any ideas on this?
