Update innoextract to the latest version

The current version of innoextract doesn't work on macOS 12.5.1. It gives error when trying to export RCT2. I manually compiled innoextract and did the same, it's working on the latest version.

I might do that in a PR, let me check...

What error is it giving you?

I've been getting the occasional report of a crash when one of the compression libraries is not installed but I've not been able to pin down what causes this since it's available by default on every Mac I've tried it on.

But if this something else yeah, let me know.

@tomkidd I don't know, I can't find a way to read out the errors.

Please try the latest pre-release build and tell me if it works for you. I've done some additional library packaging which may address the issues people are experiencing.
