Possibly, but one of the issues is that DOOM 3 does things with OpenGL that OpenGL ES isn't cut out for and I only got vanilla DOOM 3 working because I found someone who had done a WebGL renderer for DOOM 3 and WebGL is like a subset of OpenGL ES.
