Provide aggregation type validation

Provide aggregation type validation for every individual metric.

Azure Monitor provides a list of supported aggregation types per metric via Microsoft.Azure.Management.Monitor.Fluent.IMetricDefinition.SupportedAggregationTypes.

We should make sure that the configured aggregation type is supported.
