Support Batch Scraping for Log Analytics

Proposal

This is a followed up to PR https://github.com/tomkerkhove/promitor/pull/2459, which implemented batch scraping for only metrics. For LogAnalytics, [Azure Monitor SDK] (https://github.com/Azure/azure-sdk-for-net/tree/main/sdk/monitor/Azure.Monitor.Query#batch-logs-query) has support for batching as well.
