It's difficult to track P2020 progress, and it's not built to be portable outside of wp.com. There's also an extremely high chance that most of those features are not P2020 features but wp.com features, e.g. the loom block, and emoji autocomplete.

This is true of existing features, such as mentioning people, which aren't and never were P2020 features, but are instead added by other plugins.

I also have limited time to work on this, and still have work to do to reproduce P2tenberg which still has not been open sourced by Automattic
