High RAM Usage

When I start Tomighty on my Win 10 computer with 32 GB RAM available, it uses 900 MB RAM. When I start a pomodoro, it uses 18 MB more and keep increasing during the 25 minutes to a wooping 100 MB more for a total of 1GB RAM used.

Is there a way to reduce the memory usage?
