do we need to have `torch.multiprocessing` installed outside of lightwood?

Can we install it only in lightwood? I.e. it isn't installed in mindsdb. That way we can have a minimal installation for mindsdb without lightwood

Is it essential in the MindsDB part of the codebase? I assume it is only needed in lightwood or other ML handlers
