voice messages aren't blocked anymore

Hi, in the current version voice messages aren't blocked anymore. The "marked as read" button still appears above them but the icon turns to blue when I play them.

But text messages are blocked correctly?

Edit:

Hmmmm.. I'm not complete sure. I just got a voice message and played it while your plugin was activated. and on my phone it has no blue icon, so it seems it was blocked correctly. Hmmm... But the icon in Web WhatsApp turns blue directly when I play it.

Edit 2:

After I put WhatsApp on my phone in the background and reopened, the icon on the mentioned voice message is blue. This behaviour is kinda strange. But it shouldn't turn blue at all if everything was blocked from the plugin correctly, right?

Edit 3:

Another thing I just observed is that the "Read receipts were blocked" message didn't appeared when I received a voice message in a chat, but did then appear afterwards, when I received a text message in the same chat.

Edit 4:

Just made another observation. When I played a new voice message with your plugin, the icon turned blue only after a few seconds and not instantly.

Regarding Edit 3, This sounds like the normal behavior because the extension shows "Read receipets were blokced" only when the device actually tries to send out a receipt, not immediately when you open a chat.

I'm not sure what is happening from your other edits, I'll try to test it myself.

Okay, Nice catch. I added blocking of play receipts for voice messages in 0087a403d399bf976ffb8e8d28e4ad78efbc4cd7.

Hi, with v1.6.4 blocking the voice messages is working pretty good! :) Unfortunately a little bit too good... I can't send out a read receipt now even if I want to do so by clicking the "mark as read" button. 😅 Is this possible to fix?

Oh, I'll try to see if there's a quick fix for it later, shouldn't be hard. At least for now you can just temporarily disable read receipts blocking, right?

So read receipts for voice messages are blocked correctly. Problems with sending read receipts for them could be another issue :-(
