Not sure if library is broken still?

I've tried with 3 different SMTP providers: gmail.com, smtp.com and fastmail.fm and none of their published settings are sending messages, so I thought I'd ping.

I run a fork that's been keeping up to date with all the pull requests here. If it's broken there I'll fix it, submit a bug report and I'll fix it.
