[Feature suggestion] Make tSIP skinnable

tSIP has astonishing customization features. However, by default it is quite ugly and unappealing and it's powers are hidden.

It also has weakness: customization options are too exposed and easy to access to ordinary users. Ignorant user can easily mess tSIP by accident.

Consider making tSIP skinnable. That means separating all customizations that can be easily installed.

This would allow users to make and SHARE their own skins. Thus new user could easily choose some of available skins and get great looking app in no time. I am pretty sure that would increase user base significantly.

Skins also allow easily change different looks while looking for one that suits users needs.
