Add long overdue layers support.

How will they interract? Same options as in Paint.Net? Perhaps could edit their files too?

Sorry, not sure what you mean by 'interract'. It will be very simple to start with, it will not have as much options as Paint.NET as Paint.NET has been around for 20 years.
