[Overhaul] GTCEu 2.4 compatibility

GTCEu recipe lookup changes in GTCEu 2.4 (upcoming) removed the CountableIngredient internal class used by the GTCERecipeHelper to determine recipe duplicates on NuclearCraft side. This fixes a crash due to the missing class while allowing the integration to occur.

Apologies for sorting this out taking so long! This is now fixed on my side, or at least will be after the next GTCEu release. Will also get the fix into pre-overhaul soon :)
