Might be possible. Would complicate things, as would need to save multiple copies of each SVG for each SVG marker. Not impossible, though, if QGIS can export such SVGs.

I can confirm the issue, but don't yet have an explanation. I was expecting a JS error, but can't see one. More investigation required.

I'm afraid raster symbols are not supported yet in qgis2web.
It would be very nice indeed, but it has a some knock-on considerations, such as then having to save field order/visibility etc as qgis2web-specific layer properties in the QGIS project...
