Looks like [this is still causing an issue in #21838](https://github.com/Azure/azure-rest-api-specs/pull/21838#issuecomment-1436332984) which [is waiting on the Service Team to review this](https://github.com/Azure/azure-rest-api-specs/pull/21838#issuecomment-1367035652), despite [misleadingly being flagged as a breaking change](https://github.com/Azure/azure-rest-api-specs/pull/21838#issuecomment-1381285294).
