I have been using Tomboy for years and the only one feature which was missing is the ability to use screenshots inside notes. It would be nice if images can be pasted from clipboard, writing notes next to it. Later on images with notes can be copied to somewhere else (e.g writing documentations with screenshots based on notes)

This one is big and sort of goes against fundamental Tomboy principles, but as long as I'd personally also be glad to see this available - let me keep it open.

It would require note format change as well as most probably a change of the GTK+ widget we use to display notes, significant work.
