Rails 3 and ruby 1.9 Not supported

RUNTIME DEPENDENCIES showing as rails >= 3 but look like it's not supporting Rails 3. Getting error 'undefined method `before_action' for ReportsKit::FiltersController:Class'. Look like minimum configuration should be Rails 4

It is already in Rails 5 so I don't think it works for Rails 4. Let the author comment on it.

Is it compatible with Rails 4 projects?

EDIT: i can confirm that for the moment it is properly working on a Rails 4 (rails: 4.2.10, ruby:2.4.1) project.

These are desupported Rails versions.
