Move Documentation to Wiki

Considering the README is getting quite lengthy. I think it would be beneficial to move details contained in the README over to the Wiki. This would also allow us to better organize sections into their own pages.

What should be left in the README is an overview of how to get started (installation, etc.), why NUI should be used, and how to contribute. All the gory details I think would be better suited to the Wiki.
