Jira integration

The integration should make it easier to show a list of things to do for the day and to track time using Tomatoes to a Jira account.

The feature would include:

  1. Jira account connection
  2. project board, sprint, and tickets synchronization
  3. async job to update tickets tracking information according to the total duration of tomatoes used to track work on those tickets
