a user should be able to set timer sounds theme.

a timer sounds theme is composed by 2 sounds:

  1. end tomato sound
  2. squash tomato sound

should these sounds be stored on the server?

@AlexPietz I guess they could potentially be stored anywhere. I mean that they should be stored in a server, but it doesn't need to be specifically Tomatoes server.

User settings attributes could be two URLs.

@potomak maybe instead of making a sound theme feature, you should prioritise to change the default sounds for end tomato sound. I think that is a bit annoying because by default it's too loud and too oldish. Maybe we should have something more subtle and pleasant.
