When a tomato complete, offer assistance choosing tag names

I tend to forget tag names that I've used in the past. It would be nice to have a tag cloud / checkboxes / drop-down / whatever to offer me a few hints, instead of forcing me to type the whole thing. (Assuming I want to reuse a tag from the past.)

Sorry for the (2 years) late reply. I don't have a clear roadmap, but I added this task to the 1.0 milestone. If you want to propose an implementation I'd be very happy to review it and/or work on it with you.
