Made it work for Python3. Changed default gravatar to "identicon" type

Changelog:

  • Now works for python3 (dunno about python2)
  • Has requirements.txt
  • Changed gravatar URL to not include the non-working URL.
  • Edited readme.md to include info about getting the example app to work.
