Support for Pocket Queries

Would it be possible to add support for Pocket Queries to pycaching?

This would add the possibility to retrieve a lot of Geocaches with a minimal communication overhead to the Groundspeak servers.

If I remember correctly, this is a PM-only feature. But feel free to submit a PR for it.
