Support for 3" drives

Users recently reported inability to work with 3" drives, e.g. by Amstrad in ZX Spectrum +3. Using MFM encoding but Shugart bus, these drives may be a good first step in introducing 40-track drives into this application via Greaseweazle and KryoFlux.
