  • [x] create build_and_test_cli.yml

  • Build tests and upload test data for the following:

    • [ ] Dicom class
    • [ ] DicomMRI class
    • [x] DicomMRISVR class

  • Need to make DicomCT class, etc. and make tests. Can pull public MRI/CT data.
