why my output have no .css file

I done as what i was told; but css-entry-webpack-plugin has none effect; This is the code: image This is the result: image My node Vesion: 8.7.0 Webpack Version:^3.8.1

I'm getting the same output. There is no css file, but a js file being created.

I'm not using this in an SPA but a fully rendered static site for a styleguide. I'm not getting any output either: screen shot 2018-02-20 at 2 59 53 pm screen shot 2018-02-20 at 3 01 39 pm
