Upgrading to latest version of ECharts

Hey @tomLadder thanks again for your awesome work on this project! Just a question, have you considered upgrading to the latest version of ECharts? Looks like there are some significant performance upgrades and configuration options.

For what its worth, I took the echarts dist file (https://echarts.apache.org/en/download.html), fed it through this escaper https://codebeautify.org/javascript-escape-unescape and then updated chartconfig.js and it seemed to work... I didn't thoroughly test it though
