Storage drawers -item duplication

When using Toms storage and Storage drawers items dupe (visually). When placing drawer controller and putting items in drawers they appear doubled in storage terminal. Im using inventory trims as connectors

It looks like you both have a drawer controller and an inventory connector, the inventory connector will work like a drawer controller if it's touching the drawers.

I have this issues in 1.20.1 Forge where if I only connect the the drawer controller too the system, via inventory trim. The crafting terminal shows double what's in the drawer. Is there a possible fix for this?
