Axe bug when chopping mod items

It doesn't have any kind of effect when chopping it with an axe, I mean it doesn't chop faster than with the pick or with a shovel or with the hand, it bites just as quickly, is that right or wrong?

I don't know if it has to do with it but I have carpet mod and I activated an option that says "missing tools"

Now I don't know what happened but I have an oven mod and it doesn't let me break the ovens with the pickaxe either
