[enhancement] Adding new elements parented to the root.
It's always been a want to animate things alongside the character, but tying it to the main body parts sometimes just throws off the animations, it would be nice to create new elements tied to the root that won't be connected to the main body parts.
Duplicate the body and add a disable vanilla animations effect to it.

Only problem with this is that blockbench will not respect it if you try to export the duplicated body... it will merge it back into the root and so on....
