[Enhancement]Ghost blocks in the animator

Just the ability to put simple translucent ghost blocks in the animator to help with lining things up. Add a button on the side that lets you add a block. Then just make a part under the Hierarchy dedicated to these. Just 6 things to change size and position as-well as delete is all you'd need. They wouldn't have gizmo interaction, the only way to modify them would be on the side.
