Resume downloading

If I exit the application before the download is complete, the download remains stopped midway through even if I start the application again. Is it possible to implement a function to resume downloads of files that have not been downloaded all at once? Also, it would be easier to see if the downloads in progress and completed downloads are displayed separately, instead of being displayed together in the downloads section .
