Doesn't work at all

Open TheBitcoinBaron opened this issue 10 months ago • 3 comments

press CTRL+ALT+E and nothing happens when using Linux Mint 22. Is it compatible?

UPDATE - Ok it works but only after the first time you press it for some reason. But in some programs, like OBS Studio it doesnt work, how to fix that?

You have to set it to start automatically, that way the first time it is pressed won't be missed. You can do that in your desktop environments settings or copy the .desktop file of emote from /usr/share/applications/ to ~/.config/autostart/

For OBS studio it might have its own shortcut that is the same. You can check that in File->Settings->Hotkeys
