Feature request: allow modifying all shortcuts

(Context: recently installed Fedora 39 / KDE Plasma 5.27.8 / X11 on my Chromebook)

Being primarily a Mac user, I've swapped the left CTRL + ALT keys on the keyboard. This means that I've also changed the Task Switcher shortcuts to CTRL+TAB (next) and CTRL+SHIFT+TAB (prev.), which conflicts with the Emote shortcuts for cycling Categories. The ability to change these shortcuts (and others) would be nice.
