Mobile friendly / Responsive

Noticed that the global navigation stands apart on smaller screens, it's not very mobile friendly. Would be nice to confine it to hamburger style while on mobile. Especially when the links are more than handful, nav bar (header area) on mobile looks much bigger.

Would be nice to have a hide/show or expand view on smaller screens
