You could set up a web-based translation service, which makes managing translations much easier. No more "I'll have to go through all strings to see which aren't translated yet", "I'll have to go through the commit history to see which English strings have been changed", translators get mails if new strings are available and the translated xml files are exactly formatted than the original one.

Weblate would be good web-based translation platform as it support Android string resources and allows the translator watching the project's translation file for string updates.

That looks pretty cool, I'll check it out when I've finished my master thesis in mid July
