river2 rpro not recognized

I am a bit confused . I have installed the ecoflow cloud integration , gave the informations profile pass and sn , implanted mqtt mosquito , added mqtt. but when i get the diags it says that the device is not online . I can access it thru the smartphone .

The device definition is there as well as the entities but they dont show anything I have the ip adress of the river2pro on my network but dont see where to specify it
