Feature Request: Redis SSL/TLS support

PGSync version: pgsync 2.5.0

Postgres version: 9.6+

Elasticsearch version: 6.3.1+

Redis version: 6.2

Python version: 3.9

Problem Description:

pgsync currently does not support redis connections via SSL/TLS via a set of server/client certificates. It would be nice if it did, since some deployments or environments only provide SSL/TLS secured instances
