Redis cluster mode support

Does pgsync support cluster mode for redis/elasticache?

Afraid not. What sort of use do you have in mind for this ?

It was the default setup we used in our environment when initializing elasticache. I believe it'll be fine to use non-clustered, but would be nice if we want to use it in a shared redis environment.
