if postgis enables pgsync not working

Problem Description: If any of the tables extended postgis extension, other table data also not indexing(if add geo type column any of the table).

Error Message (if any):

I have used successfully with postgis extension enabled. Can you provide more details. any errors during the sync ? alternately a sample db schem and db schema wouild help too
