Add missing libraries to toolchain

  • [ ] libffi
  • [ ] libgio-2.0
  • [ ] libglib-2.0
  • [ ] libgudev
  • [ ] libsqlite3

These need to both be in the toolchain to link against, but they also need to be setup properly in pkgconfig so that tools like meson can properly identify that they are installed.
