open-remarkable-shutdown doesn't work on the rM2

Describe the issue Poweroff and reboot screens are not displayed when open-remarkable-shutdown is installed.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behaviour:

1. Install open-remarkable-shutdown
2. Power off the device
3. Last screen will still be displayed
4. Power on device
5. Reboot the device
6. Reboot screen will not be displayed, and the screen will only update when the starting screen is displayed

Expected behaviour Power off and reboot screens should be displayed

Additional context I expect it's because remarkable-splash is running after rm2fb has been stopped.
